Riot you can't keep breaking items and then barely mentioning them in the bugfix section of the Patch Notes! How much mana was Muramana giving back? How long has this bug been going on? Why hasn't Meddler mentioned this upcoming bugfix (or more importantly, the bug itself) in any of his Quick Gameplay thoughts concerning Ezreal?
