So the synergy between rageblade and devourer (now bloodrazor) made even stronger.

for the most part. the new jungle item. is trash. no base stats except attack speed means that. even master yi. jax. xin zhao. and warwick. will have better time buying warrior cuz it at least. scales with abilities. 3% max health damage. is a lot. if your kog maw sitting in the back line taking free shots on everyone. and everyone thats gonna buy runnans. bloodrazor is a HUGE kindred buff. for obvious reasons. old devourer. was nerfed on ranged champs. he mostly benefited from the on hit damage.

now rageblade. well this item just became stronger. removing the AOE and the ap/ad scaling on hit aoe damage was a good idea. incredibly unhealthy. but I don't like that it still have that as increase passive. anyway the new phantom hit is now on this item. may I ask one question.

kog maw winrate is almost 57%. how high do you think this winrate will go when he procs his passive. twice every second auto?. VAYNE with a silver bolt every 2 auto? are you gonna nerf it on ranged champs. at least double phantom hit on 3rd strike and 2 for melee.

I actually wanna see how the champions be affected (winrate) after this new item comes but I am confident there will be changes on the pbe first. cuz rageblade looks even more op now and bloodrazor is underwhealming for melee champs that need stats.

so bloodrazor does 30 damage for every 1k health the enemy has. now you dont have to stack devourer but early game. you obviously have less health. means that. it will start weak just like devourer.

but now here is the thing. THERE IS NO REASON. TO BUY THIS ITEM AT ALL. BECAUSE. you can get BOTRK. and GET MORE stats. botrk. does 6% current health. if you do the math. on average its about 3% max health damage. BUT here is the thing. YOU get lifesteal. 25 ad. and an active from botrk. sure its more expensive. but who on earth outside kindred is gonna buy this item? It doesn't give the PHANTOM hit anymore. that was devourer bread and butter. if you pick devourer. YOU HAVE TO GET RAGEBLADE whether its good on your OR NOT. but why would you get that item in the fist place to begin with?

here is what i think is gonna happen. just what i think jax xin warwick and every devourer jungle. winrate will drop. (maybe not for jax and xin since they use rageblade) but still i think it will happen for them too.

however. in lane. i think these champions are better now because rageblade got buffed with that phantom hit passive. but not by much.

my suggesstion. remove the phantom strike completely as a mechanic from rageblade any any item. give blood razor some lifesteal. 10% lifesteal. or. give it some ad. ok now its basically a botrk but i dont see it. this item is so damn BAREBONES
