Lets talk about no skill champs

Ill bring up a few, (freelo champs)

Please note im asking a question, if you know how to counter play these guys feel free to say.

Garen, no skill really just presses a button. sated Yi, same as garen. Vayne, can duel any champions after bork, many forms of peel for no skill.

Some champs that do take skill:

Shen: can't murder people by pushing a button, but still can do damage to squishes, takes skill because map awareness and ult, Lee sin, mobility, skill shot, aoe knockup which needs aiming, (which requires skill) Tristana, can't duel everyone, has much burst early game, which requires a nice setup, (maxed e and in range to jump) actually needs 2 or 3 items to be strong. Peel takes time.

So basically, anyone can be good with the freelo champs, Whenever I want to win a lane with no skill I literally play these champs, yes there are ways to counter them somewhat, but thats only in Diamond. Harder champs "CAN" be more rewarding, I guess lee sin for example, can knockup everyone with %damage, but he would need very good positioning and luck to hit it, where as yi just presses R and autos then Q to clean up a fight. No. Skill. I know these champs are for the new players but damn, why no skill for high reward? These champs are literally cancer in lower elos.

Im done. Basically no skill champs should bring less reward.

Or just make them harder.

I agree... i don't play Vayne competitively but I used her and she needed high concentration to play her well. Pretty hard to master

Tristana and Lee sin require skill? Sorry m8 downvoted

Thats not the point. They don't take skill, but they need to at least put effort to get kills. Lee sin takes skill in order to be effective, which is knocking everyone up with ult.

Counterplay for Garen: Poke him when he tries to heal. Remind him that the battlefield is no place for healing. Do that at the base!

Counterplay when you're the villain: Don't fight Garen. Especially if you're not tanky or have massive amounts of CC. Leave him for your team to deal with or ask for help.

all champs take some level of skill, just some more then others, even if with yi all u have to do is e q and aa with more q's added in, u still have to know when u should go in and if u could wait to q to dodge an ability. while they r basic, they still use a little strategy to use correctly and efficiently

Easy champions are importent!

Let's imagine there would only be hard to play, high risk champions like Azir or Bard LoL would not be the same as it was It would to be too hard to play as a newcomer or as someone with not the best internet)though riot is already trying to help them) When we look back at old school League there was no Zed or Azir ,who are not easy to play .With that LoL became popular because back than the MOBA genre was new and many who didnt played DotA couldnt understand it With LoL you had something like a "Beginner" game to make you familiar with the system Seriously if you are a for example a CS:GO player and never played a MOBA and would try to play DotA 2,you would get confused fast I don't want to say LoL is easier to play than DotA 2,it evolved, but back than it made the way really easier. Today its already hard for a newbie to "learn" LoL because there are maybe just too much "hard" champions LoL lives from the amount of players who play it sure there are around more than 2 million but everyday some maybe just quit LoL for reason(Other games, work, etc.) there for its importent to keep those easy champions, maybe add new ones, whether they are "broken, unbalanced" or what else

And trust me: do you think when those were deleted ,almost all bronze and silver players gets higher xD?They are made to "climb"

Riot shouldn't determine the "skill level" that champions take off of internet connection and how new a player is. It is just not good grounds to base things of off because they aren't the large majority of players. Plus, Riot should work to please the existing players not future ones.

why? Remeber that Riot is still a company who wants to earn money (sry Riot it's rude but true :/) Without newcomers LoL would slowly begin to lose players because some are ragequiting, others are bored of it,no time, etc.

And seriously if you "hate" it so much play next time draft pick and ban them or just stop playing Riot learned and is doing an amazing job with ballancing etc. Sure there are some fails like the previous juggernauts change although that depense on elo level or Ryze rework before all those hotfixes

Master Yi has no skills, although he is easily countered

Champions have 4 skills and a passive.

Unsure where this fabled "no skill champ" is but if they're succeeded purely by moving and auto-attacking, then Riot has a serious balance nightmare on their hands.

But Garen can time W to bait trade winning plays, while Yi can do the same with his W but also dodge things with his Q all of which takes timing > mastery > skill. They're not azir but they have buttons that require some mastery.
