Why is my ping lately kept spiking?

My best ping is around 200ms but past few days it shot over 300-500++ ping thus making my games hard as I constant slower than other people in the game by 1-2 seconds. When I check my ping without playing League, it is normal.

Nope. I lived in Asia. It's already 3rd day and my ping still spiking for some reason.
