Lifeline Passives

Would lifeline passives be less frustrating to play against if they procced at 50% hp instead of 30? Right now as a mid/jg main it’s quite frustrating going against anyone who can rush steraks/PD/maw and trying to go in and fight while they’re lower hp but not low enough to proc the passive. It would still give the protection to being popped immediately which is its main purpose, but it would give more rewarding gameplay to those who are able to trade effectively and pop it before starting a fight instead of poking 50-60% then still losing the fight because they have an extra 200+ hp waiting. Champions that win at lower health right now like riven/renek/yas/vayne would be mush less frustrating while keeping their durable items.
