I don't think this survey (with the titular question) will create an accurate picture for Riot to work from. How am I supposed to accurately answer this if I find 5% of players very friendly and enjoyable to play with, 80% leave really no lasting impression of friendliness or unfriendliness, and 15% are toxic shits who should be excised from the community?

15% Toxic? Holy - what game are you playing? Just played a game to be flamed in the lobby just for picking Taliyah Jungle. (I carried and got my lanes fed.)
Out of the few Ranked games I've played in the past few days, two whole people had something positive to say. Everyone else either did not speak or only spoke to flame others and complain. Nothing strategic came out of their mind. Not even a single compliment came from them even though I tried my best to compliment them when they did something good.
So... I would probably go with "Disagree" as well.
