Is CertainlyT Blackmailing Riot or Something?
Even though I love that he comes up with new and interesting ideas, some of his champions need to be tuned down in some aspects, but Riot refuses.

Naramiel2 votesUsually the issue with CertainlyT champs is not the numbers, though, but the design. They're made to be as unfun to play against as possible. (And, secondarily, fun to play.)
The numbers usually get brought back to a reasonable place after a patch or two, but the design for most of them is inherently unpleasant to interact with. Most of them are not so much "unbalanced" as "aggravating".
Salron1 votesCertainlyT just makes the design The balance team decides the number and in turn, whether they're overpowered or not.
