This issue is normally resolved by a simple relog :-)
"Simple relog", they say. That doesn't even remotely explain why the issue occurs in the first place. Especially not in their precious, new and oh-so shiny built from the ground-up client. Yes, relogging works, but so what?

Eyez On mE2 votesYeah I feel you, i just reached lvl 60 and from the "glorious" champion capsule, I got Ahri and Yasuo champ shards, which given I have all the champions since 681 B.C. is quite the opposite of "glorious". Riot just keeps F-ing me and you and everyone else who believes this is a free game. Especially when I have invested nearly $2000 to get my account to look like it looks r.n (almost every champ with a skin) - not thanks to the "free game" and "hextech" and all that sh** they put in front of you... learn to look behind the scenes.
Edit in the 2018: got to lvl 70 - another GLORIOUS champion capsule - 3 champion shards (lets not forget i got them all..) not a single skin shard or emote or whatever... u gotta love this game bro, it gets harder and harder to pay the bills required to play LoL !
