Unskilled - Toxicity

I don't know what it is with people, but unless I hard carry my team in every match throughout the game, there's little to no chance of victory. I can, just recently, count on more than 2 hands the times I've been carried through a game. That's out of 15,000 matches played.

I've been struggling with unskilled players for about the last 6 months grinding from s4 to g3, and to be absolutely honest, there isn't a whole lot of skill difference between those divisions, and very often I end up with people who are actually the same the skill level as s4.

They refuse to play competitively, and what I mean by that is making a valid effort to win the game. I know I say this alot, but they are basically rolling the dice to see if they win or not. They don't harass their opponents when the jungler calls for a gank, they just cross their fingers, hope the jungler gets off a miraculous gank in which they can engage with the utmost certainty of not dying. Take a risk, play the game as if you actually intend on landing an early game foothold and dominate throughout the rest of the match.

Why roll the dice? Their inability to perform at the skill level is what I deem toxicity.
