You nerfed it from 1.6 to 0.6 and forgot to revert it

Without this HP regen his early game before he gets Spell Vamp will be hurt even harder, regardless of the fact that his health costs have been slightly reduced.

They reverted the changes to his shield and damage. So he actually got buffed a bit with 75 more range, 60 ms and the like :P So yeah, you can now eat squishies for lunch again.

Riven with no resource cost: 3.3 HPper5 at level one.

Mordekaiser with health costs necessary to gain a shield: 3.4HPper5 after change.

....why?

Possibly because Mordekaiser gets a shield. Any damage he takes while the shield is up doesn't need to be regenerated.
