Proposal: Make players that dodge autofill queue into autofill the next time they go into queue.

If you get the reference A+ for effort. But aside from that I believe that if the rest of us just deal with it and play the game when we get autofilled. I actually enjoy playing support (NOT EVERY DAMN GAME) so I might be biased, but i also do get frustrated when I'v queued for the first time that day (maybe i want to play 1 game today) and i get supp when i selected bot. But I deal with it, ya dont always get what you want annd 20 minute queues because of odges in ranked arent very fun. TLDR; Back in S4 EVERYONE was autofilled basically in that chaos. You HAD to learn everyrole. If they aren't going to get rid of autofill, Riot should at they very least "enforce" it a bit better.

I keep seeing people saying that when it isn't true..

i mean technically u didnt HAVE to learn every role kind of like you are supposed to be able to play at least 2 roles now and i can only play one but it was highly recommended you learn all roles to at least some extent.

Yeah, and all people know every role to some extent.

It's just not enough.

It feels worse for the player, because they aren't playing at their best in the unfamiliar role. It feels worse for the team, because they feel the player isn't playing to their standards. That won't occur, because the player is being forced into a position he doesn't main.

Or we could avoid the problems entirely by letting people choose the role(s) they want

Without some form of autofill, there would be very few, if any, supports in the queue, resulting in insanely long queue times. Eventually getting to the point where games won't start at all.

The longer you go without playing an autofill game or support, the more likely you are to get autofilled, regardless of whether or not you dodge.

I always select "Fill" expecting support and honestly only get it about 50% of the time. I spend almost as much time jungling as I do supporting and then there's the occasional top/mid/bot game. I hate dodging as whole and am very pessimistic about the introduction of 10 bans as I know there's going to be times when I have to wait 30-45 minutes in-between games because of the longer banning phase and last minute dodgers.

Basically, anything to punish dodgers I'm all for it.
