URF Icon Effects

Love URF. Disappointed it didn't start this April 1st. Bla bla bla.. But besides all that, I'm still glad it'll be around. Enjoyed Ascension for the first rotation, too.

Was wondering though... I watched some of the new Taric on a stream in 'URF' queues and it reminded me of the cool death effects from 2015's Summoner Icons. Will those take effect whenever URF is active? Would be nice & I think they should.
