Can anyone direct me specifically to a genuine Riot person or w/e that I can contact/speak with? I have an issue with my account being suspended that I want to settle & I have 'print screen' pic evidence to suggest why I should get to have the ban lifted.
I've already sent a 'ticket' and did that whole report process but I don't know how well that works & assume it probably sucks and doesn't actually resolve anything because it's likely just automated junk.

if you're gonna assume the worst from the get go without giving it a chance first, then why bother in the first place?
If you filled in a support ticket you've done all you can do. You'll be connected with an actual Riot employee in time. Posting on the boards or any forum isn't going to get you anywhere with your issue.
What was the ban for?
Sometimes, posting all information about the situation on the boards publicly, if it's truly an unfair ban, means it will gain traction and be addressed more quickly. Otherwise you wait for support to connect you to a real person.
Post the screenshot, bro. Let's see what was "unfair" about it. =P
Support ticket is all you can do. A lot of people here know the rules inside out, so if you want some support from the community, post the chat log and we can bump the thread if you really havent broken any rules, and increase awareness that Riot is falsely banning players.
