Mana Regen

It's just my opinion, but it seems to me there aren't enough 'Mana Regen' items spread throughout LoL, except mainly for Healers. Too many for them, I'd say. And even still for ADC's and some Junglers, they at least have things like item 3508 But aside from them, what about other Junglers, Mid or Top laners? I'm tired of being able to get items that offer additional mana, yet I still go OOM too fast anyway, without even spamming the ability. I don't believe that's enough coverage when I'm out in the map. Doesn't seem to make much of a difference when I have lots of mana b/c I either have so much I never use it all or I just flat-out always run out & it's ALWAYS when I need to use SOMETHING. Like when my friends or I play Camille , Illaoi , Irelia , Urgot ... or even someone like Pyke .

Some champions differ with mana necessity, yes. And so maybe it would be a big advantage for them if this happened, {I'm lookin at you, Ezreal } But... even so, in the long run, I don't think it would completely break the game, if say: a item 1004 was added for some regen on all final 'Spellblade' effect items; item 3100 item 3025 item 3078 Just that much. Doesn't need to be any more. But it would help sustain champions like these better (even if it's just a teensy bit) while out of base or someone else has the Blue Buff. I mean, come on... they are SPELL blade items. They're magical. So... why not? Shouldn't be too much to ask.

Manaflow band and Presence of mind exist for a reason.

Junglers already have mana regen from talismen passive. Mages have item 3802item 3285 item 3003 item 3030 + manaflow band. AD champions usually don't have mana problems and the ones that do fix it with just biscuits. I don't see how you can have mana problems.
