In-game Item Costs

There are some items that can be good for their price and some that are not. But in the long list of things that could be discussed considering how good an item is for when you can obtain it, there's really only one primary item in particular that I have a big problem with... and that's . Out of all the items in the game, whenever I play a champion that would use this well, I find myself never getting it at an ideal time. And not only that, but I feel its effect isn't even that great, compared to its former, Abyssal Scepter.

Riot, please improve this item a little bit AND also make its overall cost a little less. Somewhere like ~300 gold less please.
