You don't instantly get the ranked rewards at the end of the season, it takes some time before they are distributed. They have to go through all the accounts to add them so its a slow process.

Yeah the least played queue gets the best chroma (3v3) why am i not surprised? Solo/duo used to have different hair too, but they gave it only to 3v3, why why rito why?????

Not sure why you complain about 3v3 getting the "best" chroma, Riot said in the start of this season that all queues got something special. 3v3 is the easiest queue to reach gold, why not play it just to gold, then stop playing the queue if you dont like it. If you play the first ten games and maybe gets placed in silver 4, then there isnt a long way to gold. 3v3 mmr is really fucked and you will get like 30+ points each win and lose less than half on loss.

As far as I can tell from S@20, top left is flex 5v5, top right is solo/duo, bottom left is flex 3v3.

The only guarantee is that everyone will have them before preseason is over. i.e. weeks. As explained on the FAQ page, some rewards may appear before others.
