Wanna make a little extra money Riot? Alternate Announcer/Voice Packs

Before anyone says it, yes, I know about the legendary skin during the current event and how it also grants a special announcer during the event only.

But if Riot is looking at new ways they can monetize and/or expand the loot system to be more like its competitors, I say look no further than alternate announcer and voice packs. And when I say voice packs, I mean independent of skins. Smite for example, has alternate voice packs for all of its characters. A lesser known DOTA clone, Heroes of Newerth, had alternate announcers for sale, some of which also changed the appearance of the announcement text as well (including one pack voiced by the man who did the voice of Duke Nukem). I'm sure there would be a market for this.
