Graves has been a strong champ for a very long time and frankly I'm shocked nothing has been done about it. He has a 51% WR with 10% PR, his kit is relatively straight forward and if you make it to mid/late game it's pretty free.
You nerf things like Lucian ult but you refuse to tone back Graves? Im really lost.

People hate on graves so much because a graves can go 1/3 early game and still win fights in the jungle against the 4/1 jungler, then escape with ease. He's the new Lee Sin and that's not OK. He does obscene amounts of damage and literally ALL of it is AOE.

Weird it's never like that for me but yeah the Lee Sin buffs made him a bit annoying yet he doesn't feel like a broken match-up.
