Teemo [Rage]

I've beaten and been beaten by many Teemos over the years. I've also watched the trend of buffs, nerfs, and reworks.
I fail to understand why Teemo's ridiculously frustrating abilities have never been significantly changed. Let's list some mechanics that generally annoy players:

Blind. A ranged projectile strikes you and renders you unable to deal any "physical" attack during an exchange. You took this away from Quinn because a ranged character having the duel denial was too strong, despite not even being targetted.

Innate Poison This mechanic hasn't been nerfed off too many abilities but Talon comes to mind. The frustration of losing a trade despite appearing to get more hits or quality abilities in, you return the loser because there is nothing early/mid game that deals well with poison. World Presence The infamous Teemo mushroom is seemingly unquarreled in its ability to force an entire team to play against one champion. Scanning every bush, trying to avoid being baited into anywhere, the imminent disaster that is multiple people being hit by a shroom in a chase or retreat. Often it is completely unintentional and just because the Teemo put a shroom wherever he was.

Versatility Teemo can be ad or ap, the kit is simply designed to punish players who don't take him seriously in lane or he straight up ruins their life. Even if you do everything imaginable to shut down a Teemo, the blind and mushrooms make an impact on the game.
In general, you've nerfed many, many champions for their kill potential but neglected to address Teemo because s/he's your meme hero. Teemo is a giant troll that everyone loves to hate. Playing a game as 30% of the champions and having a Teemo chase you down and win simply because of the blind/poison mechanics is cancer, there is no feeling of defeat or outplay, just rage. In 5? years you've seen the same criticism over him for nerfs/buffs whatever, but I feel like he just simply needs to be changed. Keep some aspect of him and run with it, discard the cancerous mechanics.
