@Riot honest serious question, how good do you even think your balancing team is doing?

Since off the bat either you fired the balance team from 1-4 OR you hired random people who doesn't have experience with balancing at all. Since seasons after seasons it seem like your balance team doesn't know what to even do.They either buff a champion randomly or over buff an item with out even thinking or having people test it then let the patch come out with the community testing it for them to see if they did a good job.

And usually they nerf a tank champion all the time or any champion that gets abused in the pro scene which shows they don't have a clue what to do unless it is played by a pro.

You want proof of how bad your balance team is doing? I think it was 5 days ago Scarra/ImQ talk on twitch on why the hell you guys didn't balance the game during the preseason and nerf certain champion for example and the jungle until during the first week of LCS/EU/LCK. You had over 2 months to balance the game (3 actually but I will say 2 since they probably went on a 2 week break for the holiday of December). It is clear proof that the current balancing team doesn't know what to do or balance unless they watch LCS to see what is broken are not, First week of LCS for some reason on the PBE instantly shows up on the nerf list after the pros abused them.

Note: After 3-4 month of players saying that the damage to high you guys finally agree which is a shocker and now are nerfing about every mastries that does damage. Maybe your balance team can also bring back the old mastries that doesn't have keystone which tip the scale for certain champion if they take it or not.
