bruiser item cost isnt even bad when compared to most of the other classes. they cost more but are often equally slot effective. a lot of bruiser builds contain like 2 or 3 bigger items mixed with cheaper tank items, which keeps the cost of most bruiser builds still somewhat reasonable.
if you compare bruiser items to the big mage items or non lethality assassin and skirmisher items like
then theyre in a similar price range.
the items that are really out of place are only marksmen crit items. thats it. theyre just way cheaper than any of the other classes items, while scaling better due to how hard they synergize with each other.
2600 gold for a completed zeal item when they should be around 2900 gold is the real bullshit.
and before people are spewing bullshit how a single bruiser item is stronger than a single marksman item. of course it is, but bruiser items synergize weaker with each other than crit items. two bruiser items are already equally strong as two crit items. 3 bruiser items are weaker than 3 crit items.
its how crit itemization has always worked. its supposed to be a lategame carry build. but right now marksmen items are cheap and effective enough that they power spike at 2 items around midgame at the same time as carry classes that are supposed to have their main power spike there and scale weaker into lategame. thats why crit items need a massive cost increase to kick in later again.
