Except that you can't even hide the fact that he is overpowered. As Zed mains claim that he is a difficult champion to play, he's sitting safely at the 51,7% win rate. So can we please stop with this "healthy assassin" bullcrap. is a champion that perfectly defines an assassin gameplay, which is "Fun to play as and horrible to play against". It's even more ridiculous that he has barely counters in lane as against his biggest listed counters his winrate is barely below 50%. The thing that makes me salty about him the most is not his obnoxious laning phase, but his effortless, no skill required waveclear. As an assassin that should possess a high risk high reward play style he sure feels ridiculously safe.

Zed is flashy, so he is protected from the balance team.

Skarner, Swain, Anivia and even Rammus are not flashy, so they get gutted with no compunction.

I never mind losing to Zed.

That's not to say that I like losing, or that it doesn't frustrate me, but he's one of those champs where ever time I've lost to him I know why. It's never a situation of "Welp, they picked a champ with more raw stats / that can stunlock and 90%-0% me / that has totally risk free max range poke with no trade off," with Zed.

Yes he has strengths, but he's also pretty high skill. A poor Zed player is either non-threatening or extremely easy to kill, and you will definitely know when you're against a good Zed player and they totally outplay you. When I'm beaten in lane by Zed I find it frustrating because I lost and failed as a player, because it's easy to discern various points when I played poorly / made the wrong choice and he capitalized on them. I'd much rather lane against him than Fizz or LB, who really are assassins with very limited counter play. Or even Talon, who's more risky than the mentioned two but still pretty much 100% - dead's you in a second or two.

I don't see the issue with Zed and this is coming from a Lux main lol. Yeah once he gets to 6 I don't get close to him isn't that common sense?

Actually, my mains are Nami and Janna.

But yeah, I learned^^ I will no longer try to play non OP CHampions any more. For the last seasons, I always refused to play champions like Zed. I will no longer in Season 6, I will just pick whatever is the most free elo.

So... I might even become a Zed main ;)

for any really good zed mains, the q "QOL bugfix" fucked up their play pattern.

and tbh the only assasins who arent safe are talon diana and rengar, everyone else has some sort of rediculously good "oh shit i fucked up better press a button to get out" escape and some "maybe i should press the other button to one shot all the minions so i dont need to last hit under turret"ability. examples are zed, leblanc, fizz, ekko(if he is still considered an assasin with those dmg), kassadin.

I play zed alot and never complained about his balance. He is a high mechanics champ but is also very rewarding if played right. Those who say he is ''unplayable'' just don't know what they are doing.
