Add a "None" option for secondary DQ selection

Sure, some people don't care if they get top or mid, for example, but if I want to play a certain role, I should at least have the ability to guarantee that I'll get that role, even if I had to wait for 30 minutes. With this current system, it's almost impossible to main a role except support because you're never guaranteed to get your primary.

Please add a "none" option so I can make sure that I will receive my role (or anyone for that matter). Also, for those of you who say "it's not really necessary," try maining a lane and seeing how often you actually get that lane.
