by lowering the impact of titans wrath you reduce the toxic interactions of nautilus being only a threat when sheld is up by decreasing the cd of riptide you give him realy potent aoe damage

owerall i think that he will clear much faster, when maxing e his ganks will be better his owerall damage higher and he will become healthier
