There are fewer AP jungle champions than 
champions but still... they are doing pretty bad.

Do the numbers again as a % of mage, tank, diver/assassin, and slayer champions in the jungle for each of the jungle item variants.
Pretty much all you're going to find is that Warrior is probably overtuned, not that Runic is weak.
The champions that use Runic are themselves weak or just don't suit the new jungle very well. Buffing the champions in question is the answer, not Runic.
CancerBasedGod1 votesYeah cause runic is garbage teir. I honestly think warrior or bloodrazor is better on ev. Runic is just a god awful super nerfed ludens for some mana gain, but most junglers don't have real mana issues anyway between mana regen from all jungle items and from blue buff.
