Why has Riot allowed this toxic abomination towards the balance and fun of the game?

There is no itemization against this thing, its NOT squishy, has sustain, doesnt have its _supposedly _''weak'' earlygame. True, Magic, physical, % based. Gigantical burst and no less sustained. This thing takes every toxic aspect of Fizz and amps it up to 11.

This thing is the new Master Yi AP.

And before someone says ''but off build'', Riot has gutted other way more benign off builds with absolutely no remorse, like Mage Fortune and Varus AP. This thing is an abomination that should have NOT existed.

Remove the AD ratio from Q, make passive not reduce AA damage from jungle monsters and make Ult only amplify true and magical damage.
