can confirm, plats are some of the worst players thinking its their way or its wrong.

i tell them sure fine whatever, but at some point you have to realize you're not going to 1v5 and they have a baron backing them and you dont.

The difference is that in Silver people don't know any better, in Platinum people understand what needs to be done but choose not to do it

Silver players are at least willing to listen and try to work as a team. Plats act like they're the solo hero of their own anime series and are willing to grief their teammates just because their ego got hurt.
