teammates dodging left and right only to get put into supp and then someone dodges causing me to then get top where they then ban my champ.

actually top doesnt really depend on the champ.
you could go any thing you want and if you get camped regardless you lose.
its all about how good you are on the champ itself that determines some champs laning phases.
