those health cost reduction's mean NOTHING because you reduced his health regen he IS GOING TO TAKE DAMAGE guys his shield is NOT INFINITE.

the only thing that you GAVE him was that bloodboil treatment NERF the damage and then make sure that it doesn't hit twice? then was that damage nerf for? he is solo laning for the first 20 minutes he is not a support.... (pff might as well try that for a troll game)

so all in al you shuffle some things around but the end net result is that he is in the same spot as before.

i remember ziggs and TF getting ACTUAL increase in scalings because you nerfed lichbane.

and lets not forget you did not REMOVE LICHBANE you nerfed it you can still buy it for tons of SHITLOAD of damage.
