He just builds full AD + HP and runs it down over and over... He can 1v1 most champions because there are no items in the game that let you consistently deal with an absurd amount of health AND an absurd amount of attack damage.

Literally any other goon pusher or strong duelist will destroy sion. Trundle, Irelia, Nasus, Fiora, Viktor, Ryze, quinn... Even karthus works.
If you put him far enough behind for long enough he cannot kamikaze, and if youre always matching his pressure the game is a 4v4 and still even.
