who needs ballance and reworks

when you can have 100 and 1 ugly chromas

its a hate post becuase this pisses me off it feels just like riot's money goes only into the stuff that directly earns their money .. the content that is bought for rp

some reworks even feel like they were just slapped together in an hour just to make it look like they are actualy improving the game instead of grinding us

srsly pbe is still useless, reworks dont match the quality that anone would actualy expect of them (the present a very minimalistic aproach ... do the least possible and make it look like you put realy much effort into it ... none of them is close to the quality of new champions which are actualy causing a huge rp purchase )

and before you judge me for calling riot employes bad .... i dont blame them ... i think that those guys work at 100% their posible output ... but other areas get to kinda grow and increase their possibilities while those guys seem to be kept in check so they cant just improve the quality of their services
