Skin-Based Champ Portraits/Names

You know how Gnar shows up as Mega Gnar, in both name and portrait? What if other champions did the same thing, just based upon their skin? Champion portraits are just cropped splash arts, aren't they? So how difficult could it be to make ones for each skin? And we show up as our skin name in the loading screen, so why not in game as well? It's just something little that I think would be a nice touch and spice things up a tad.
