Then ult away or ult into teamfights

Yeah he is broken..low elo is just always a couple patches behind in realising who is strong and weak. Most of the people here are low elo though so they will disagree and downvote. Wait a month or so and you will see more people crying about him.

If he builds tank he'll have near no damage. His bases are crap and his scalings are entirely bonus AD.

Everything is terrible except for his W, because its a tank killer, and with just titanic, he is also a squishy killer because hes a sticky champion and carries cant get away from him while being too tanky to kill before they take them out. If I see a AD Kled in my elo, everyone will just focus him and kill him first. A Titanic+BC+tankitems scares the sht outta me when he ults in and all his team just rambo harambe onto my team.
