Any ideas for counters against this certain champ? I am thinking either quinn or teemo, but I usually don't enjoy playing those two. Quinn also might not have enough attack range to effectively deal with her, and good luck trying to land a skill shot on that damn bouncey ball.
I honestly don't know what can be done to counter her there and need some help.

You dash to a minion for the reset and then dash to her. You either stun or slow her and follow up with your ult combo. Once you have sheen you should be able to kill her before the CC ends.
