If Aurelion Sol was as popular as Trashuo
He'd be getting a statball buff instead of just a small bump on his R.
It's a vicious cycle: Buffs--->Fanboys-->Riot points-->Buffs.

"Rito! Yasuo is at 0% winrate how dare you try to buff him!"
what the boards is literally. Sorry but Yasuo is not doing well and like any champion that is not doing well he is getting a buff. You don't like it? too bad
You don't like it? Banned.
You don't like it? Banned.
me banned? you can try and ban me dude look at how much i am shivering in ma boots that some random person with zero influence is saying "banned"
Yas gets banned.
Yas gets banned.
and what if he gets banned? then you don't have to deal with him... or are you sad that you don't have a free win anymore whenever he is picked?
Permaban.
Permaban.
still not banned
I think he's saying you ban him
Sol never got a skin since release because he isn't popular. Meanwhile yasuo just got a legendary
he isn't popular maybe cause he is boring as fk to play?

And here I thought people actually wanted "innovative" designs.
But then what people actually wanted is a flashy design that cater to their most generic play style and fantasies, and an excuse to say they're skilled and that their champion is better.
innovative does not always equal better/appealing/interesting design.
when I saw sol's champion reveal....I instantly knew I'll never buy/try this champ ever, no matter how OP/meta he'll be.
u sound like a hipster lel, trying to make player who like "generic flashy play style" look inferior for their choices/like compared to "innovative master race"

I was merely poking fun at the general populace claiming certain champs are good because they're supposedly innovative and different from the others and blah blah, while the actual unique champs that stand out from the rest are never touched not even by a ten foot pole.
Yasuo does not need buffs. He's underperforming because he doesn't directly fit the meta, however when he does fit the matchup, he is just as overwhelmingly broken as always. He does NOT need buffs just to justify playing him in matchups where he is simply the wrong champ select.
Just cuz hes a fanboy favorite, doesn't mean he needs to a strong pick no matter what.
name one matchup where Yasuo is oppressive. this isn't 1v1 game boi, even if Yasuo is laning against Nami solo top lane, there are always junglers/mid laner, directly/indirectly buffed by rune changes and far superior than Yasuo at everything, coming in for easy as fk ganks.
"He does NOT need buffs just to justify playing him in matchups where he is simply the wrong champ select."
right now, every matchup is wrong champ select for Yasuo.
But sol isnt bad he has one of the highest winrates for mains
Ironically that might have to do with how unpopular he is. It gives the mains an advantage fighting vs people that have no clue how to deal with him, and he is also oppressive to lane vs.

Trashuo is pick-ban in LCS everytime he is good, unlike aurelion sol who we have never seen in LCS ever
