Poro King/ARAM Snowball Questions

If the snowball was nerfed in ARAM because it was too toxic due to engages from off screen why has it been kept in poro king? Ascension got changes to make that game mode healthier so why not Poro king too?

Another thing is why can one dash to minions after hitting them with a snowball? The minions are a 100% guaranteed engage for someone liek wukong, malphite, or galio. You should only be able to dash if you hit a champion.

Different environments. For one thing, ARAM is a permanent mode unlike LotPK, so balance should be a bigger consideration. More importantly. the snowball is one of the defining elements of LotPK: it's what makes the mode feel distinct. Nerfing snowball in LotPK would be like nerfing CDR in URF. On the other hand, the snowball isn't a main draw in ARAM. Since it's just a tool, nerfing snowball there is fine.
