Fiddle love?

I was thinking that maybe his passive needs more magic pen at level 12 and 16? so 10>15>20

I consider myself a good Fiddle player but he is too much of a risk to pick in higher elo . Even though I play him very well he tends to fall behind other junglers toward late game .

Its not very rewarding for playing well .

I think Fiddle should be High risk vs High reward but now Its High risk for Low Reward
