He still hasn't recovered.
I would say that you can safely buy Camille and spam her until February/March, and that's when the balance team will have enough data to be sure she's too strong and grind her into dust beneath the nerf bat (coincidentally right around the same time buy rates on her slow down).
So if you think she's worth having fun with for three or four months before Riot dulls her edges, I'd say buy. Hopefully with IP after she gets discounted to 6300.

Kench can still go top/jg/supp actually. He is still a solid champ in the right hands. His W is one of the best lifelines in the game
camille snowballs insanely hard ill say that. If she gets ahead you can NOT lane with her. Its just not going to happen. She ults you and its a guaranteed kill every time you enter lane. Wheter or not she will need nerfs remains to be seen, but one thing is fore sure, people will bitch about her.
BastionKross3 votesAny champ can go anywhere and do well in the right hands. Faker could take Leona mid, build her full crit, and still dominate any one of us like we weren't even there. Does that mean Rapid Firecannon Leo is now a decent mid laner? No.
Kench has a 45% winrate in top lane with a 0.7% playrate there: http://champion.gg/champion/TahmKench/Top Those numbers are so terrible they make Mordekaiser look like Jayce.
He's not even good in the support role: 47% winrate with a 2.18% playrate. When playrates go that low, you expect a higher than 50% winrate since mostly dedicated mains are playing the champion. However in this case both numbers are pathetic.
And they don't list his jungling stats because there wasn't enough games played with him in the jungle to draw statistics from. That's not a good sign.
Don't fool yourself, Kench has been benched. The frog has been clogged. The fish has been squished. The Kermit has been... made into a hermit? I dunno about that last one, but you get the picture.

No, it's not.
If I was rank shaming, I would say something like "Oh you're still in bronze so you're bad". What I said was "Your pick probably works because of your rank". You can draw whatever conclusions you want from that statement, since it's no secret certain picks only work at certain ranks. If you take offense to that because you think I said something negative, then that's on you. I'm sorry you drew those conclusions.

Abyssphere1 votesEh, Camille complaints will happen about as often as Riven and Fiora complaints yet both of those champions are fine. I wouldn't worry about it, fighters are rarely bad for long and if she builds really tanky then they'll fix it like they did with Fiora.
