All these jungle changes are pointless!

Why? They constantly try to make a jungle that is hard, but refuse to keep it hard.

In season 3, they tried to tackle the main issue: champs being able to clear so easily and ganking because the jungle is too easy. What did they do, make it harder so that junglers who have strong ganks..ie Lee and Elise can't clear and gank due to low hp

Pretty good idea, right?

Well sorry, it didn't last. They just went against what they said.
-increased damage on Elder Lizard -increased wiggles and ff affectiveness -weakened all camps do they can be cleared by anyone

What was the icing on the cake -Camps give exp equal to the average level in game

So let me summarize what they did. They made sure ganking jungler would have an easy time clearing camp, and buffing items for these champs. They also made sure that champs who didn't farm jungle but were actually ganking never fell behind in exp because the further they are behind, the more exp the jungle rewards them.

What's the point of the story. They doing the same crap all over again. They toughened the jungle to make sure ganking junglers can't clear and gank so easily, but they just buffed the shit out of the junglers with the new smite and smite items.

Yet again, no penalty to champs who can gank easy. It's why kha and Lee are popular

That's entirely not what they did. Their stated goal with the season 3 changes was not to make the jungle much more difficult, but to make it slightly more difficult while shifting the focus away from AoE into single-target. They were coming off of season 2 where junglers who had no AoE tended to be behind unless they were someone like Lee Sin (Elise was not even a jungler at the time. She was released 4 months before and was considered underpowered until she got major bugfixes and the December change to give her 25 more movement speed. Then she was played as a top. She would later be played as a support, and she would only achieve prominence as a jungler after that. The jungle was actually changed to make it better for champion like her, not worse, because champions like Elise, Xin, and any carry jungler like Yi or Trynd were considered liabilities because they had no AoE.

Even during season 3 they didn't try to punish damage-focued ganking junglers. They added spirit stone specifically to help those champions with the goal of allowing everyone to clear easily and safely. It was never their goal in season 3 to make certain champions have a hard time clearing.

Are you kidding? Season 2 was the easiest clearing that there has ever been in this game. The monsters were never easier, which is why we actually saw tanks played back then. Maokai was legitimately the one of fastest jungler in the game because he could instaclear camps.

I want to make this really clear. Every ganking jungler could clear in season 2. In fact, the main thing we saw played was ganking tanks. If you played someone who needed to farm.

-increased wiggles and ff affectiveness

Feral Flare did not exist in season 3. It was released in patch 4.5, and it has only gotten nerfs since. Wriggles was considered a troll item all throughout season 3.

" They toughened the jungle to make sure ganking junglers can't clear and gank so easily,"

Not so. They toughened the jungle so that they can make it worth enough gold and experience that control junglers and fast clearers can punish champions that go off to gank and have it mean something. They also added the new items so that they can give champions who can't farm as well (like Naut for example) the option to itemize into better clears without just having an item like Elder Lizard that gives gankers all the clear they need. That's another thing you haven't noted. The new machete gives a flat amount of dps and heal to champions as they fight the camps, so champions with lower natural dps and higher resistances stand to benefit much more from it (read: tanks).

I don't think you know the history of the jungle, why certain junglers are currently good and why they weren't in the past, or how to fix it.

I agree they don't know wtf they are doing. The only thing Riot understands is how to overpower adcs. Pretty much any other balance they attempt to make they ruin and create more problems.

Not too far back Morello admitted they basically had no clue how to balance the jungle, if it makes you feel any better.

"We want junglers to be able to carry" introduce feral flare then nerf it immediately etc etc.

The new items/camp buffs were put in place to make sure riot had the right tools to balance jungle strategies, not to give jungles a buff when they clear. if the most popular strategy is to gunk, then riot can Nerf that specific strategy instead of having to Nerf the top teir champs, wait for the new list of top teir champs, and then Nerf them ect ect. If ganking jungles are to strong what they can do now is make counter jungling more powerful by buffing the item/camp buffs that help out that strategy or Nerf the item/camp buffs that are allowing ganking to be so powerful. You clearly don't know what riot's goals are or the reasons they did what they did.
