Volibear needs a nerf

Volibear has had one of the highest winrates for a long time now [54%] and for good reason he does too much damage for how tanky he is. All of his abilities do damage his chomp scales with his health so he doesnt lose damage and with the ghost buffs now he lost his main weakness which is getting kited and almost no champions can duel him besides maybe a kha zix or a yi. Im not saying he should get a big nerf but a small nerf like his r losing a bit of dmg. it should be changed to something like 60/95/125 from 75 / 115 / 155.

Plenty of champs can duel volibear other than Yi and Kha.

Any autoattacker that's tanky or can permakite and/or has %HP destroy him mid or late game.

The main problem with Volibear is that he destroys the early game. He's like a Shaco that's good in teamfights. And early game he doesn't duel. He ganks. And it's very hard to fight back or escape a Volibear gank.

then top lane you'd need someone who isn't stupid enough to fight him early.

second you'll need MR because his real damage comes from hit ult, thats if you don't fight him post 6.

lane Volibear is much easier to shut down. Darius simply out stats him, Quinn can poke him starting level 1 and it never ends, Riven can weave in and out and avoid his bite while wittling him down.

jungle Volibear is much harder to shut down.

No lol. Olaf, Irelia, Trynd, Gnar, Teemo all wreck Voli top. And thats just meta top laners off the top of my head. You could go Vayne top then Voli is a joke
