What i can deduct from red posts and what realy needs to change

Primary reason is it allows us to separate out the impact of the shields granted to champions from the shields on the towers themselves. We're interested in determining how much power, versus how much interesting gameplay, each of those grants. As a result we opted to substantially reduce one of them while leaving the other intact, thereby allowing us to better measure the effect of each.

this is just an example of a reds post

question is why were the inner turrets shields's nerfed ?

the answer is "we want to check how much power do they need to have to functions as we want them to"

do you see it ? They CHECK by putting things on live

now the primary argument is that they should do it on the pbe but i need to disagree PBE is 100% unsuitable for testing the changes in its current state riots know that so they use it only for finding bugs and checking the stability of the game

but the thing is that the live version of the game is a testing ground and in the end we are the testers

riot you realy need a testing enviroment for your changes and yes you can use us as the testers bah many players would do anything just to see you actualy looking at their feedback

we already saw the effects of untested veigar being on live untested cassio untested azir who didnt even get a correct bugfix untested "insert any change that was clearly wrong here ... and there was realy much of them"

its just a friendly advice ... get a testing ground
