Ultra Random Fire

We all play it, we all enjoy it. URF transforms the game into a fun and carefree experience. What I suggest though, transforms the game into a literal dice toss.

Ultra Random Fire: All champion abilities are scrambled (respective abilities, so an E for an E, R for an R), so you could have Annie with a Rek'Sai burrow. Master Yi could have Hecarim's passive, or Zilean could have an Aatrox passive. I know that this would be a big pill for Riot to swallow, or program, but it would be an experience far rivaling the fun that normal URF presents. Each champion has a higher probability to get their own abilities, so chances are that you will still have at least one of your original abilities. Transformation abilities would also be set in stone for their respective champion.
