Adaptive helm could use a buff

Its a niche item meant to counter DoT and sustained damage mages. That 15% damage reduction coupled with MR and health REALLY renders certain champions useless.

I played a against a heimer today as LB support, rushed adaptive helm and his 500AP RW barely did 500 damage point blank taking every rocket for my ADC.

Is this a joke thread? Its removed mages from the game.
