His kit was really awkward, which is typical for a champ of his age, but instead of a full rework, you just changed one ability (after a bunch of work on his ult, etc.) and he really feels so smooth (although a bit overpowered) right now. 
is also such a lovely item for juggernauts, thanks for that.
I'm just saying, instead of doing a full rework, these isolated changes to underwhelming abilities can do a lot.

Jungle cho is broken indeed (57% winrate). In toplane, he's only a bit too strong (52% winrate), if any.
Jungle Cho with only a 1% play rate, so that winrate isn't a good indicator for if he is broken if his play rate is really low. If it was, then you'd say Jungle 
is broken since he is also in the same situation with 56% winrate and 1% play rate.

Also "kiting the hell" out of Cho'Gath is really easy if you have any form of crowd control.
