No free win?

Tuition Fee··1 votes·780 views

So, I've gotten into silver 1 promos twice before today, and each time it said I'd be granted a free win (But I lost two matches both times, so yeah) and today, when I got into promos again, I didn't get a free win for some reason. Is this a bug or intentional? Didn't want to bug Riot support in case it was intentional. (Not sure where to put this thread, sorry if it's in the wrong place)

Did you perhaps drop a rank? If that happens (or maybe even if you just get too low in LP), I believe it takes away your free win.

Oh, thanks :D I dropped to silver 5 at one point I believe, so that makes sense.
