So why is the boards complaining about Karthus?
Karthus is not even a strong champion. Not even close.
His W barely slows any target so you can't even land a Q properly on a target that is even slowed by W. His E deals negligible damage while draining his entire mana bar quicker than you can blink. His Q has such a massive delay of 0.5 seconds, it is a laughable ability as any target can dodge the Q spam. His ultimate has one fo the longest cooldowns of an ultimate in the game (200 / 180 / 160s), and for a champion that doesn't build much CDR it is ridiculous. Also the fact his ultimate damage can be countered by magic resist, Zhonyas and other items, and his ultimate is a channel that doesn't go on reduced cooldown or mana refunded if interrupted.
The only thing going for Karthus right now, is suiciding into the enemy team and spamming his abilities while being untargetable.
The main root of the problem is Dark Harvest, not Karthus. STOP saying that Karthus needs to be nerfed. Dark Harvest needs to be nerfed and Karthus needs to be buffed instead.
Make Karthus Q delay scale down with rank from 0.5sec all ranks to 0.5 / 0.45 / 0.4 / 0.35 / 0.3 seconds based on rank. Make Karthus R have a lower cooldown and also give a reduced cooldown and refund the mana cost if the channel gets interrupted.
