I hate champions that no matter how bad their laning phase is theyll still carry late game
they always carry late game and it's extremely stupid because they literally get fed off of nothing more than farm and exp...
is the worst of them

Realistically, if your laning phase is going that badly, you shouldn't be getting good farm and exp. They may be able to feed and still scale, but they still need to farm. A Vayne that has 300 CS at 35 minutes doesn't care how much she's died. But a Vayne that's feeding her ass off should have nowhere near that much farm if her opponents are doing what they're supposed to.
all she literally needs to do is go into any lane withoput enemies and just farms no matter how fast we push she still gets her farm and destroys
What are you doing while Vayne leaves her team to 4v5 for extended periods of time?
pushing then once she backs the can almost kill some of us
I've seen it all too often that a Vayne will get completely shut down and come back blazing. You know what the common factor in that scenario is, though?
The game dragged on for 35-40 minutes. What was the bot lane doing with that much of a lead that they couldn't close the game before she became relevant?
they were pushing mid and vayne went bot for her farm
So she sat bottom for 15-20 minutes and farmed while the fed bot wasn't able to close the game? Seems legit. Vayne deserves to carry through her lategame at that point.
when the bot lane goes mid to push vayne gets some farm then backs to defend which makes it an even fight so the other team cant close the game
So you cant kill a tower as 5 in the span of 10 seconds? Or towerdive her??? Or kill one target when they dont have their adc
I really don't understand the hate for champions that can carry late game even if they had a bad early game.
It doesn't really matter how bad the laning phase goes. The only things holding a champion back is experience and gold. Both of which will get maxed out of the game goes on long enough. Late game champions are late game champions. Sooner or later they will reach their potential if the game doesn't end first. Simple as that.
No I don't like Vayne either. But late game champions should be able to carry once they get full build and lv 18, regardless of how the laning phase went 40 minutes earlier.
im talking about once late game starts, im talking about 22-27 mins into the game and when everyone is coming to teamfight, its annoying to see a 1/5/2 vayne coming from bot lane and completely demolishing the entire team

22-27 mins is not late game. Games may be ending earlier but that doesn't mean late game is 22-27 mins into the game and people can be 1/10/0 that doesn't mean they aren't getting their cs up. I have seen people who have gone 0/7/0 in the laning phase and still have a cs lead over their opponent. At that point of the game if champions like Vayne are able to do that you just have to wonder what the hell were your bot lane doing leaving her to free farm or how was your entire team so out of position that you couldn't kill her while she was able to demolish you
again no matter how terrible their laning phase is they still will carry the game and its completely stupid
Not if you send someone to keep them in check If vayne is splitpushing, they lack an adc You send your adc and kill her if you're that fed And keep doing that Or push like hell and win a teamfight and destroy objectives
they literally get fed off of nothing more than farm and exp
Oh crap guys, he's figuring out how important CS is!
its completely bullshit like why can you win the game by just farming for 20 mins
its completely bullshit like why can you win the game by just farming for 20 mins
What is "bullshit" is that most of your games that go 40 minutes and you have less significantly than 200 farm in these games, even in most of your shorter 20-30 minutes game your lane opponent has more farm then you(even when you have more kills doesn't mean you are that much stronger than them) You literally get out farmed in 80% of your games, even with a win/lead.
Numbers, Never lie.
apparently they do because they dont show you THE ENTIRE game just the end of it. they just go into lanes to farm and while we push and once we start to push a tower they have already backed and got into lane to fight us off of it. its still absolutely bullshit that farming alon will just win a game for champs like vayne
There are only 2 things that contribute to a champion's strength:
Both of these things literally are walking towards you or sitting there in the jungle waiting for you to get them.
If you are not using your lead to close out the game, why are you surprised when a champ that outscales you farms their items and gains their levels back...?
we are trying to close the game but apparently they can still hold out because tanky or hurtful champs can apparently still duel the other team with the expense of a one or two lives
here is where strategy comes in and where I myself lose alot of games due to the wrong strategy: just because you are more fed doesn't mean that you can steamroll the enemy team without thinking, since with the wrong positioning AOE can destroy you. Instead you have to think about what the opponent is good at, and stop it.
If they are good at splitpushing, and you are ahead, then group and force objectives they can't ignore like mid towers, a group of 3 or more enemy champs or baron. Since you are ahead AND have numbers, you'll win easily.
If they are good at sieging, force neutral objectives and get picks.
our team psuhes to their turrets and almost dies when their team already has our tier 2 in a split push
you should not be in that situation. If you were, then you weren't ahead enough.
here comes the farm vayne to come back into late game then
if you weren't ahead enough then there's nothing you can do. you should've snowballed your lead more effectively. Do you think a challenger player in your elo would have problems snowballing vs. this Vayne?
how can you snowball any harder when the enemy team farms for a few seconds to deal with you its literally stupid yeah just snowball as hard as you can but if you arent ahead of their constant farming then apparently theres nothing you can do

This ends the thread in my opinion.
IDK, I feel like it's teamcomp that ends up determining Vayne's worth. If you have targeted CC on your team, if the other team has peel, etc. She has to be within 550 range of you (...stupid Rapidfire Cannon) to do damage.
Sorry wolf, Every single one of your arguments are based solely off "feeling" and no numbers or facts to back them up.
You are probably one of those people who are like "the only strat is to push mid" maybe they had good wave clear and you just needed to stay bot and shut them down.
I play against a lot of scaling champions and sometimes when your dominating the best thing is to just keep pushing that lane, I play a lot of nasus and if you leave him alone he will win the game, if you stay in the lane and continue to keep him shut down guess what he won't ever spike.
your problem is you see vayne carry and you cry nerf, maybe if your own farm and cs were better you wouldn't think this way, you have a champion with abilities and if you can't kill someone who you shut down thats your own fault.
what you need to do is look at yourself and look at what you could do to prevent these things.
You just need to get good.
ok so i play a lot of miss fortune against vayne and i (80% of the time when im not being braindead) win lane against her and basically crush her to where she cant even cs, then once she gets enough farm her and her support go into mid lane to gain a little more cs so i have to go into mid lane to help the team but then she goes back into bot lane to farm even more, youre telling me to get good and reflect on my actions when i am literally doing everything in my power to shut her down

But you arn't doing everything that you can, because she is farming something and you are not. That in itself is failing to do something, So what is it ? is Vayne bot or is she mid? you say these things yet Vayne can't be everywhere if she was shut down, she has to get her farm away from you, if you truly shut her down ( which you clearly do not since every Vayne game she outfarms you)
If she is farming mid and taking farm away from her mid laner, you need to be pushing the tier 2 and 3 towers with your support or jungler, if Vayne is solo farming bot lane and you are getting nothing done sieging you need to rotate down bot and pick her off further setting her behind. I main jungle and ive never been in a position where vayne was solo pushing and my adc wants to rotate that I didn't come get the free kill or assist especially if she is "shut down" if she was shut down you could just 1v1 her right. If you can't you need to do a better job bullying her early.
There is so many things you can do, sounds(and looks) like you just play 15 minutes than go mid and never leave mid again, again get self reflection and you would see this.
Rotations win games and if you are bad at (basic decision making) than you failed your team. You can have all the mechanics in the world but they won't save you from that bronzie mentality. Your post should be about how you are glad that you can out farm and out experience your enemies to win games not the other way around. I love this game and this actually is my favorite meta(started playing end of season 4).
You blame others when it is in fact your own self plays that lose games. If you can find one game in my last 20 where my specific enemy laner out farmed me I'll give you a nickle .
"if shes mid then go and push bot but if she isnt mid go and push mid" what???? what are you even talking about at this point? she will still be farming no matter how you put it thats all she does and then once things get critical she will back then defend, there isnt any getting around it she WILL get her late game damage no matter what

Okay obviously you cannot even read, so I will make it blunt. If you crushed vayne, vayne is near you , vayne = dead, so if vayne is mid while you are bot , you take her towers, if you are mid and vayne is there you just strait up kill her, there should be no time for her to comeback if you are making proper rotations. Just getting a kill on Vayne is not enough , you have to end the game, you are not ending games.
Therefore. Vayne outscales and carrys because she is the better player.
Basic math.
You win early and mid game hard enough - you push objectives and win games. What you are doing is winning early, failing to rotate to these objectives and pushing your advantage, and then you wonder why you are losing?
Vayne outscales - that means she is a time bomb, just like any other hyper carry. Honestly if you are winning vayne isn't going to be able to farm unless she is solo. If she is solo , you should kill her straight up because again you "crushed her" . but you didn't you got a couple kills on her and her cs is even or exceeds yours.
I am done with this thread, I have no more sympathy for trying to help someone who cannot see that blaming a champion or game mechanic for losing games, YOU lost those games. Not your team, Vayne didn't win the game, YOU lost. Again, the common denominator in these games is YOU, YOU have the power to win every game you go into, Obviously YOUR decision making is wrong. So correct it. Again, Get GOOD scrub.
lmao yeah I lost the game because I cant stop vayne from farming her way to late game its all MY fault that vayne can click to a lane where there are no enemies or clear a jungle camp quick and get a few gold. its MY fault vayne is just going to wreck the entire team no matter what I do
