When the reworked item 3146 was announced, many brought up the prospect of the synergies it would have due to simply healing based on ALL damage dealt. I believe it does work with the passive of item 3151 torment, but does it work with the Deathfire Touch mastery?

Are there any other weird interactions it has?

One time I played Ezreal, built gunblade, Will of The Ancients, Spirit Visage, Deathcap, magic pen boots, and Luden's echo, ulted down a lane, from 1/4 hp i went to 100%. That was kind of weird.
