Shen could use a rework (minor) so he can feel satisfying to play again

There are too many toxic elements in his kit that have been nerfed. i feel like he is a rather unfun version of his former self. I feel like this mostly stems from how unrewarding his current kit feels right now. IMO i would be willing to remove some excess features on shen to be able to buff his more satisfying features.

some ways to do this are.

• remove/retune his regen on q or how his shield works. lowering one for of sustain should be enough

• remove the health scaling on his passive and make it so it is on a much lower cooldown than currently and return its effectiveness with w reducing his cooldown

• make his ult semi global

With these changes i feel he could receive some nice buffs without sending his laning over the top. For example buffing his q base values seems like ur trading one toxic element for another so some buffs to damage on his ki strike which should be the primary focus of the kits offensive power as well as making it easier to manage his energy should be a fair tradeoff for all stages of the game.

JUST TO BE CLEAR IM NOT SAYING ALL OF THESE CHANGES AT ONCE. IT COULD BE ANY COMBINATION THESE ARE MERELY SOME GOOD CONVERSATION STARTERS
