How do you gank with lee sin pre 6?

I mean I know its E, slow, a few autos then QQ. but that doesnt really seem reasonable. Seems like you could be better off pressing E with xin, He seems better for counter ganking TBH, or do I just farm til 6

Pre-6 is all about your team members. You focus on lanes with allies that are both in a situation where they can fully follow up on your gank, and allies who have kits capable of using your slows to get a kill.

After level 6 you can set up whatever kind of gank you can for whatever ally happens to be in the area, however before your ult you either have to gank a very low enemy or you have to have an ally who can cover your lack of ult with their CC, damage, or whatever they have.

Get your level three asap. Q to start and you either start and gromp/golems, most people like gromp because the longer lasting red is more important for ganks and the blue energy sustain will help you clear faster. Get gromp and blue, then move to red and you should be 3, if not clear a some small monsters or scuttle. Then all you need to do is make sure you are healthy enough to gank and either walk up and auto if you are able to walk behind an extended laner. Or q to them, start autoing to get red applied, E right after for the damage and E again for a slow. With this you should force flash or keep autoing for the slow and end up with a kill.
